You can manage the billing configuration of your account and your divisions in the Billing section of the menu.
It is possible to set up a billing configuration for your main account, and if necessary, a specific configuration for each division (business unit or billable entity) previously created in your Account Settings > Divisions.
Note: Sub-divisions do not inherit the billing information of the division to which they belong; by default, they will therefore be billed to the main account. If necessary, it is therefore required to indicate that a sub-division should be billed directly (by ticking the box "Bill this division directly") and to provide the billing information.
You can in particular enter and modify your billing address, your VAT number, your bank details, your billing period, your currency for issuing your invoices, the "Number of days remaining until the due date" for sending your notifications related to billing and renewals (notifications sent x days before the Renewal Start Date, and not the domain expiry date), the default payment method, your billing email addresses receiving invoices and notifications, and the receipt method for your invoices and renewal reminders.
Go to your account at: https://secure.brandshelter.com or via the site brandshelter.com > login.
Then go to Billing > Configuration Settings.
Right-click on the entity for which you want to modify the billing configuration, and click "Edit".
You can also Add a credit card to pay by card.
Important: If you choose to pay all your invoices by credit card by default, it will be necessary, in addition to adding the card, to select the corresponding payment method "credit card" in the billing settings.
Additional note: It is important to note that the renewal of your domain names and other services is now automatic on the new portal, and you must therefore request cancellation if necessary before the automatic renewal of your domain (Renewal start date) or your service: How to cancel a domain name / stop a service?
The "Renewal start date" is the date from which the system will automatically renew the domain, so it is imperative to cancel the domain before this date. When the domain is renewed after this date, the renewal will then be billed to you. You can find it for each domain, on your domain portfolio.
