Adding a Credit Card - Payment by Credit Card

1) To add a bank card to your account, go to the "Billing" section of the menu, then click on "Credit Card" in the submenu.

Fill in all the fields of the form and click on "Add a credit card".

Once the card is added, you will receive an authorization request from your bank. Check your banking app or your SMS/emails. You must approve the authorization for payments to be processed. If you do not receive the authorization, you can resubmit it by clicking "Start Authorization" or "ReStart Authorization".

 

2) To pay your invoices by credit card, it is necessary in addition to adding the card, to select the "credit card" payment method in the billing settings (Billing > Settings).

Once you have changed the payment method, the payment will be made automatically on your credit card when the domain is renewed and the invoice issued / pending payment.

Note 1: Expiration: you will receive a notification from the first day after the expiry date of your credit card to let you know that your card is expired, this check is performed daily at 05:00 UTC.

Note 2: You can add a credit card so that payment is processed automatically at the time the domain is renewed and the invoice is pending payment. The amount will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Alternatively, you can add it after receiving the renewal notification by email with the invoice to be paid: add a credit card and select the payment method "credit card" in your billing settings after receiving an invoice to pay it by credit card; the system will process automatically the payment to settle the pending invoice.
