Accessing & Downloading your invoices

You receive reminder e-mails to notify you of:

  1. The end of your subscriptions indicating the expiry date of each of your services subscribed to with BrandShelter,
  2. And their automatic renewal, if you have not requested immediate cancellation or cancellation on expiry.

Invoices are available after payment, and can be downloaded on your Customer Portal from the Billing tab, which acts as a centralised hub for managing billing details, invoices, transactions and payment information, as well as viewing prices: Billing > Invoices.

If you require a pro forma invoice or an invoice before payment, please contact our accounting department, preferably by email:
