To manage the locks of a domain: transfer lock, delete lock, update lock.
- Transfer lock (Transfer Lock): blocks the transfer of the domain. The domain cannot be transferred if the lock is enabled. To transfer the domain, disable the transfer lock.
- Delete lock (Delete Lock): blocks the deletion of the domain. The domain cannot be deleted if the lock is enabled. To delete the domain, disable the delete lock.
- Update lock (Update Lock): blocks the updating of the domain details. The domain cannot be updated if the lock is enabled. To update the domain, disable the update lock.
Here is how to access domain lock management:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the "Domains" section in the menu
- Select "Portfolio"
- Select your domains
- Click on the burger menu (3 horizontal lines) or right-click, and click on "Domain Locks"
- The domain lock management interface appears, and you can see the status of locks for each selected domain: lock enabled

- Click on the lock icon corresponding to the desired option to lock/unlock, and enable/disable the corresponding lock:
- on the first line you manage the transfer lock option (transfer lock)
- on the second line you manage the delete lock option (delete lock)
- on the third line you manage the update lock option (update lock) - To apply the change and finalise the request, click the "Modify Locks" button. Please wait to see the change. A delay is necessary for the modification to be applied. You can track the progress of your request in the "Operations Tracking" section of the menu bar.
