The Settings of your account can be accessed by hovering over your account name at the top right of the portal in the menu bar.

News: Access all news and maintenance messages from the portal.

Notes: Access notes created for your account and your domains / services by our teams; you can manage them, create new notes and/or delete some.

Logs: Logs and histories of connection and actions on your account: details and descriptions of events by user with timestamp.

Users: Creation and management of your users, and their rights / permissions. Learn more

Divisions: Creation and management of your divisions (entities delegated to your account, or billable sub-accounts). For example, for your clients if you are a reseller.

Validation: Creation and management of validation / approval procedures on your account for actions on the portal such as registration, purchase, transfer or deletion of domains. Actions requiring validation / approval are defined by user / role in the rights / permissions. Learn more

Personal Data: Manage your account data, such as your username, your email address, your first and last name, your contact details, your portal access password, the name of your organisation and its details such as RCS and VAT numbers, or even management of two-factor authentication for portal access.
You can also add one or more email addresses to receive all notifications sent to the account's primary email address from the "Personal Data" section of the Account Settings, by filling in one or more email addresses to be in copy (CC) in the "Additional email recipients" field.

Language: Display language of the portal.

Files: Exchange and storage of documents shared with our teams, which we provide for your procedures and domain filings for example, or for management and signing of contracts.

Configuration Settings:
- Personal settings of your main user, such as date and time format, security of access to your account (authentication method and IP address restrictions), time lock, email notifications.
- Account settings: Notifications related to domains, recipients, optional notifications (domain renewal and monthly activity report), Notification frequency of upcoming domain renewals, notification period before renewal, notification period of upcoming recurring billing, Emails to notify in case of successful validation procedure, Password management policy for the entire account and all users (Automatic Password Expiry Management, Original password required, Password minimum length), Renewal mode for TMCH.
- Domain preferences: Default contact set, Default name server (NS) set, Default brand, Default TLD extension group, Default registration period, or default renewal period, Price change threshold for automatic renewals.
- Account DNS settings: Default TTL, IP addresses of master name servers (master NS).

Access Tokens: Management of tokens / access tokens for the DNS API.
- Sessions: History of open login sessions on your account.
